Stem cells are naturally present in birth tissues including umbilical cord blood and cord tissue, where they exist alongside various bioactive components. Lyfe Labs isolates and cultures these cells in our cGMP-certified facility under controlled laboratory conditions.

Types of Research-Grade Stem Cells
Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSC)
Cord blood-derived hematopoietic stem cells are multipotent stem cells capable of differentiating into various blood cell lineages in vitro.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC)
Umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent stromal cells with the capacity to differentiate into adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic lineages under appropriate in vitro conditions.

Product Source & Processing
Derived from umbilical cord tissue sourced from carefully screened, healthy cesarean donors. All donors undergo comprehensive communicable disease testing in accordance with FDA guidelines and applicable regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 1271). Processing is performed in a cGMP-certified facility under ISO-classified cleanroom conditions with aseptic handling to ensure product quality for research applications.
